The accomodation
You enter the apartment through the kitchen where also the toilet is located. Through a little hallway you enter the rest of the apartment.
The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with 2 connecting bedrooms and a bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with a television and free wifi.
Rather read or play a game? That's possible. Books, games and toys are available for all ages.
For the little ones there's a highchair and a cushioned changing table pad with pad cover available.
Outside you can use your own roofed and furnished terrace located in our garden. Here you can relax and enjoy of the nature, play tennis or dart. If you want you can make a campfire at the campfireplace and a small bbq is at your dispal.
The house and the garden is located on the edge of the forrest which makes it pretty private.

We do have a few house rules which you can read here.
* No smoking allowed inside the apartment.
* Please leave your shoes at the entrance. You can use the available slippers to enter the apartment.
* No pets allowed.
* With caused damage we want you to report it to us. With a large incident we may seek compensation.
* We want a peacefull and tranquil environment and ask you kindly not to make a lot of noise after 22:00.
* Use of the campfire place and bbq are at your own risk. We do want you to clean it after use. It's forbidden to light a campfire with extreme drought. We will inform you if a prohibition is actual.
* Waste seperation is common here and paper, plastics, glass, metal and even batteries has to hand in at the recycle containers in Järnboås (5km). Organic waste and non-recycable trash can be disposed in our waste bins by the house.
In case of bad waste seperation and throwing away a lot of trash in our bins can a compensation be asked for.
Directions to our house.
From Örebro / Nora:
From Örebro (E18 / E20) you shall take the exit to Falun, roadnumbers 68 en 50. Once on this road you drive until you see the exit to Nora, Hällefors. Roadnumber 244.
After a while you'll take the exit to Nora and here you turn to the right. You now enter Nora (a small town) and when you approach a roundabout you have to turn to the left in the direction of Järnboås. Now you drive straight ahaid, even through Järnboås. It's now about 5km to our house because the next village is Nyhyttan.
Drive until you see a bridge on the left side and a roadsign KURORT. Turn left, over the bridge and drive all the way upp the hill. Take the second turnoff to the right (direction Valåssen). Then swing to the right at the junction and now you're entering our street. Our B&B/logies is the last house on your right side before the gravel road begins.
From Hällefors / Kopparberg:
If you drive on the road number 63 (Hällefors - Kopparberg) you have to turn off in Hjulsjö. A sign Nyhyttan is placed at the turnoff.
Follow the roadsigns until you enter Nyhyttan. Drive until you see a bridge on the right side and a roadsign KURORT. Turn left, over the bridge and drive all the way upp the hill. Take the second turnoff to the right (direction Valåssen). Then swing to the right at the junction and now you're entering our street.
